This is to follow up on our phone conversation in which I conveyed my wife’s and my very high level of appreciation and satisfaction with the service provided by Jim yesterday. Jim came to service an alarm smoke detector system with which we here having problems.  Since the system was defective and out of date, we opted to completely replace the controllers and smoke detectors based on Jim’s assessment and advice, with which we were completely confident.  Jim was totally professional, effective, and courteous.  He arrived on time and satisfactory completed the full installation well within his estimated time including fully briefing us on new the systems’ operation.
